Meet our senior pastor Troy Vaughn
The vision of Christ-Centered Ministries (C.C.M.) was conceived in the heart and soul of Restoration Family Worship Center’s Pastor Troy Vaughn in 1993. Troy was a victim of drug and alcohol addiction for several years. After rededicating his life back to Christ in December of 1992, Troy found himself at the doors of the Union Rescue Mission (U.R.M.) in downtown Los Angeles. The U.R.M. has a Christian Life Recovery program that helps men and women get back on their feet. While in the program Troy saw the need for a type of service that would augment the efforts of the mission (transitional housing).
Troy completed the program with high expectations not only from his peers, but also from the staff. Prior to leaving the mission, Troy returned back to school to earn dual degrees in business and religion. He would go on to graduate with honors. Troy would become very active in the church he was attending, becoming a member of the evangelistic team as well as the young adults’ ministry.
Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

What is a typical service like?
Service starts with the reading of our mission statement, opening prayer and then praise and worship.
After praise and worship then the Word of God is preached, usually by our Sr. Pastor, Pastor Troy.

We praise God that He has directed you to our site! We have no doubt that you are here for a purpose. In the book of James, chapter 1 verse 5, it states, “If any lack wisdom, let them “ask” God who gives liberally.” In addition, the bible says, that Jesus came to recover those that are lost.
