After years in the U.S. Marine Corps and a season of homelessness, Pastor Troy fully surrendered his life to Christ on December 13, 1992. Since then, he has passionately pursued his calling—helping others experience transformation and develop a deeper relationship with God.
He is a devoted husband to Darlene, father to Dominic and Annie, and proud grandfather and spiritual father to many. Pastor Troy enjoys biking, writing poetry, listening to gospel and jazz, reflecting in quiet moments, and spending time with the Lord.

Her presence brings comfort and strength to those around her, making her a trusted guide and spiritual mother to many.
Beyond her ministry roles, Pastor Darlene is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose love and commitment to her family are evident in every area of her life. Her ability to balance strong leadership with heartfelt care makes her a powerful example of servant leadership. Pastor Darlene’s life and ministry continue to impact countless lives, as she faithfully pours out God’s love with humility, grace, and purpose.

Chandra Williams
Administrator and Worship Leader
Chandra Williams is a licensed minister with a deep passion for worship, ministry, and church leadership. For over 25 years, she has faithfully led worship, creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God through music and praise. In addition to her role as a worship leader, Chandra has spent the last two decades managing church administration and finances with diligence, integrity, and a heart for excellence. Her leadership is instrumental at Christ-Centered Ministries (CCM), where she plays a vital role in both the spiritual and operational aspects of ministry.
Originally from Anderson, Chandra came to faith at the age of 14, and from that moment forward, she has devoted her life to serving God and others. She is especially passionate about helping people identify their God-given gifts and walk confidently in their purpose. Her heart for discipleship and encouragement shines through in every area of her ministry.
Chandra and her husband joyfully serve together in ministry, raising a strong and faith-filled family that includes their three sons and cherished daughter-in-love. Known for her creativity and joyful spirit, Chandra finds inspiration in worship, art, hand lettering, all things Disney, and spending meaningful time with her family. Her life is rooted in the promise of 1 Corinthians 2:9: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived—the things God has prepared for those who love him.”
Mike Taylor
Minister and Teacher
Mike Taylor serves as a Minister, Deacon, and Teacher at Restoration Family Worship Center, where he assists with Sunday services, teaches Sunday School and Wednesday night Bible study, and occasionally preaches during Sunday worship. He has faithfully served in ministry for over 20 years, taking on various roles throughout the church including working with the men's ministry. Mike completed a ministerial course through the Assemblies of God and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a Senior Network Engineer.

Mike is passionate about fellowship, helping others encounter God's love, and guiding people in their walk with Christ. He’s been married to his wife Andrea for 18 years, and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and fishing. He’s also into skateboarding, gospel and Christian rap music, watching movies, and gaming on his PC and Nintendo Switch.
A scripture that continues to guide his life is John 3:16–17: (16) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (17) For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
